Somewhat later on, I dared drunk Shane to lick the cue ball on another table. He went around politely asking the owners of every table, all of which declined. So he came back to our table and got me to agree to lick our cue ball for half the original dare price.
Ellie wasn't having it, and tried to stop him. Psyching her out, he lunged for the table and did a face plant right into the cue ball, chipping his front tooth.
