25th and Harrison - a very nice place on the inside, but it's right next the projects. Roughly ten minutes from BART, and has lots of storage. 4BR/3BA, $3800.

Cute place. Large kitchen upstairs, large master bedroom downstairs, and James Bond connecting closet between upstairs bedrooms. The only problem is that they're limiting the lease to 12 months, since they themselves would like to move in during the next year.

On top of 17th - nice views of the city, and cool back yard that butts up against the cliff. Also has lots of storage, but incoming stairwell is thin, so it may require a crane to lift in some of our things.
